Pregnancy is a miraculous journey filled with joy, anticipation, and a few inevitable challenges along the way. As an expecting mother, it's essential to prioritize your well-being during this significant time in your life. At Lily Rose Doula Services, we provide compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We believe every family deserves respectful, nonjudgmental care, whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, using an epidural, having a cesarean, or giving birth in a hospital, birth center, or at home. As your doula, I support births in any setting as long as a certified midwife or licensed physician is providing your medical care. My role is to offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support while your healthcare provider is responsible for your medical care and the safe arrival of your precious baby.

My role is to educate, encourage, and support your choices so you can feel informed and confident every step of the way. I offer prenatal support, labor and birth assistance, advocacy, postpartum care, newborn guidance, and breastfeeding support if desired.

My goal is simple: a healthy mom, a healthy baby, and a healthy family. From pregnancy through those first weeks at home, I'm here to help you feel supported as you navigate this new chapter.
